Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.
Once your order has been processed, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details as soon as your package ships.
Delivery Timeframes
After your order ships, delivery times typically fall within the following ranges:

- Standard U.S. Shipping: 3–7 business days
- Expedited options:Â May be available at checkout (when offered)
Please note that delivery times may vary slightly during high-volume periods, holidays, or due to carrier delays beyond our control.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, we’ll send a tracking number via email so you can track your package every step of the way.
If you don’t see your tracking email, we recommend checking your spam or promotions folder before reaching out.
Address Entry
Please ensure all shipping details are entered correctly at checkout.
WUD-U is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible before your order ships.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package appears delayed or marked as delivered but hasn’t arrived, please allow 24–48 hours for carrier updates.

International Shipping
We currently ship within the USA only. We are working toward offering international shipping in the near future.
Returns and Refunds
Returns are accepted within 21 days of purchase for unused items in original condition.
Once received and approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
